Dildo bar

Why anyone would want to ride one of these Metallico acrylic fibre straight bars I don’t know. Thankfully the disclaimer warns against “intense trick riding”. Imagine the splinters.

Could this be the best beater ever?

This beater was auctioned off on eBay recently. Whoever bought it must be hard as f*ck.

The previous owner certainly wasn’t going for the hard sell:

This fixie will not have any of your nonsense. You, yes you over there in your drainpipe jeans rolled up one leg and your cotton peaked cap. You with the immaculate ‘lock it and look at it’ fixie from east London. You won’t want this. This bike is too hard for you. It will kick sand in your face. It hates you.

Wham-O wheelie bar

Dammmmn! Where was this when I was getting my wheelies dialled?

I love how there’s a huge emphasis on how much “FUN!” it is.

The Inner Circle

The real question at stake here is not what the Pope is doing with that awfully nice Campagnolo crankset or those bespoke Italian blokes in the shades, but rather, does he ride brakeless?

Cool Rain x Cinelli

Further evidence of the impending fixed gear apocalypse:

cool-rain-cinelli-preview-1

From HB:

“As a follow-up to the recently seen Cool Rain for Kasina installation, it appears as though the Korean toy-maker will be working directly with bike brand Cinelli on a collection for next year. Although the piece seen here isn’t an official collaboration, it did enough to garner interest from Cinelli’s side. No word yet on the full scope of the project, but stay tuned for more details as they become available.”
